The kind staff made it special

The staff were warm and helpful, always ready with a smile. The ocean view from our junior suite was amazing.

The check-in process was chaotic and took too long. The air conditioning in our room struggled to keep the temperature comfortable.

The staff are NICE and the room is big with a wonderful view. The venue has fantastic and stunning location in the diamante area. Btw, it's set in Costera Acapulco district close to the Mexican market, and the bay on the beach.

I stayed for 2 nights here and had a fine time. My room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and an individual safe. The location was exceptionally nice and fantastic - next to the beach on the Costera and the bay on the beach and the Playa Suites.

We had a great time! The partial ocean view from our suite was stunning, and the all-inclusive meals were delicious. The kids loved the variety in the breakfast options, especially the eggs cooked to order.

You can't miss the fried fish at El Fogon. It's a flavor explosion! The all-inclusive dining was decent, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby gems like Restaurante Condimento and Haye's. Plus, the super nice team, always trying to.

Despite the lovely food, I had a real scare when staff mishandled my personal info! Talk about a shady vibe.

We loved the fine ocean views from our suite and the luxurious pool area was perfect for the kids. The nightly activities kept us entertained, and the beachfront access made it easy to enjoy the sun.
