The kind staff made it special

The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, always ready with a smile. The ocean view from our junior suite was breathtaking, making mornings a joy.

However, the check-in process was chaotic and took too long. The air conditioning in our room struggled to keep the temperature comfortable.

We had a great time! The partial ocean view from our suite was stunning, and the all-inclusive meals were delicious. The kids loved the variety in the breakfast options, especially the eggs cooked to order.

You can't miss the fried fish at El Fogon. it's a flavor explosion! The all-inclusive dining was decent, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby gems like Restaurante Condimento and Haye's. Plus, the staff were super helpful, always trying to make your stay better!

We loved the stunning ocean views from our suite and the luxurious pool area was perfect for the kids. The stay was not great overall. The hotel seemed outdated with issues like a rusty bathtub and inefficient service at check-in. However, I did appreciate the attentive staff who tried their best despite the circumstances, making my experience somewhat better. The pool area was enjoyable, and the location close to the beach was a plus.

The beachfront location is fantastic for families! The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the all-inclusive dining options. Our Junior Suite was spacious enough for my family and had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities.

In my wife’s opinion, better pool maintenance would be great for kids.

The spa services were very nice-my body scrub and full body massage left me feeling rejuvenated! 🌊 The beachfront access allowed us to soak up the sun, while the shallow end of the pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. 🏖️ I couldn't get enough of the attentive staff.

Wi-Fi didn’t reach our suite.

The location in the heart of Acapulco is excellent, and the hotel staff were friendly and attentive. However, the old furniture and limited dining options, especially during peak times, were disappointing. The pools could also use more staff support. Overall, it’s a decent place for families.

A Relaxing Beach Escape with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed a fantastic ocean view suite during our stay. The beach was stunning and very accessible. However, be prepared for slow check-in and limited Wi-Fi. For the best experience, try the seafood at the onsite restaurant, it's a highlight!
